Old Topper Sophomore Filly Goes Wire-to-wire

Give You Glory a three-year-old daughter of Old Topper out of the multiple stakes winning Show Me Your Glory ($262,885), by Alphabet Soup went wire-to-wire over six furlongs at Golden Gate Fields on May 3rd.
The Tommy Town Thoroughbreds homebred Give You Glory ‘was pushed to the front, set all the pace while off the rail, responded in the drive and held.’ Breaking her maiden in her third start the filly is a full sister to winner He Is.

Big Tsimmis the four-year-old filly by Old Topper out of Kalihi Maggie (Al Mamoon) took the off-the-turf 6.5 furlong March 18th Santa Anita fifth race wire-to-wire by 2 1/4 lengths.
The chestnut filly, who has been first or second in all four 2012 starts, now has a record of 14 lifetime starts, 2 wins, 4 seconds and 3 thirds with earnings of $77,862.
Big Tsimmis is owned by Howard and Janet Siegel and was bred in California by RLI Investment Inc.

Unstopper Topper Up in Time in Maiden Special Event

Unstopper Topper (Old Topper-Emmy Ann, by Theatrical) a lightly raced four-year-old gelding breaks his maiden at Santa Anita on March 4th in a Maiden Special Weight event.
Covering the six furlongs in 1:09.59 he got up in the last few stides to win by a neck. He now has earned $41,610 from seven outings.
Out of the Theatrical mare, Emmy Ann, this four-year-old is a full brother to the stakes-placed earner of $422,262 Top This and That.
Bred in California by Tommy Town Thoroughbreds, LLC, this gelding also earned the $20,000 bonus for his owners Kretz Racing LTD.
Milazzo Breaks Maiden at Golden Gate Fields

Milazzo (Old Topper out of Racy Broad, by Broad Brush) broke his maiden in an open maiden allowance race at Golden Gate Fields over a mile on the Tapeta surface. The four-year-old got up in the final strides to score by a neck for the win in just his fourth lifetime start. Bred in California by Todd Sheehan and owned by Howard Bauer, the gelding now has a win and a third for earnings of $26,650.

Old Topper's 'Zehner's Zenna' Makes it Three-in-a-row
Zehner's Zenna, by Old Topper, earned his fourth lifetime win in an allowance race at Golden Gate Fields on February 18th.
Zehner's Zenna has now won three in a row dating back to December 15, 2011 and has an overall record of 19 starts, 4 wins and 10-thirds. He stopped the timer, for the six panels, in 1:10.26. Tommy Town Farm homebred Speedway Monkey, a three-year-old daughter of Old Topper and Royal Ride, by Pulpit earned her maiden victory on the Santa Anita turf course today. The filly in her first turf outing, scored by a length in the maiden allowance event to improve her lifetime record to one victory, one second and a third in five lifetime starts for earnings of $53,760.
Janaury 24, 2012 Ain't No Other Goes for Saturday's $100,000 Sensational Star Stakes
Ain't No Other is by Old Topper, out of the Shadeed mare Miami Margie, was bred by owner Tommy Town Thoroughbreds and is trained by Steve Miyadi. He has six wins in 12 starts, earnings of $224,123 and is coming off a second in a Dec. 16 allowance.

Homebred Take Me Away Today rallied from last to win Sunday’s $50,000 El Paso Times Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Sunland Park.
Take Me Away Today is by Old Topper, out of the Lite the Fuse mare She’s Gottogetaway, is trained by Johnnie Nall.
She now has two wins in six starts, earnings of $44,160 and was coming off a fourth in a Dec. 17 allowance.
